Every pricing plan comes with a number of tweets that can be provided for a specific hashtag, account, mention or keyword. If your tweets quota is about to get depleted, you can add tweets in the existing plan. The cost of 10000 additional tweets is USD49 and so on.

It would be sad to see you go but yes, you can cancel your plan anytime you want. Once you cancel the subscription, you will not be billed for the subsequent months. However, if any trackers are active on your account, they will continue to collect data till the end of your subscription validity.

Adding more tweets is easy! Follow these steps to add more tweets to your account:

• Log in to your TrackMyHashtag account.
• On the 'Dashboard', click on 'Subscription Plan'.
• In the 'Subscription Details' window, you will be able to see the 'Add Tweets' button.

The tweet balance is refreshed each month. If you have tweets remaining at the month end, they will lapse. Remaining tweets won’t be carried over to the next month and you will get a fresh tweet quota as per your plan in the next month.

Absolutely! You can share the trackers with anyone by generating a URL from the dashboard. However, the users who open the trackers with a URL will only be able to view the details provided by the tracker but will not be able to download any data.
